Here at Chef’d, mealtimes are our favorite times of the day and night. And we want it to be enjoyable for you, too. We kept you in mind and compiled our favorite meal kits that are both gluten-free and vegetarian. This Roasted Cauliflower dish from PureWow has some of the appeals of a deep fried snack but without all of those pesky deep-fried calories. Cauliflower is actually a great substitute for bread, if you’re gluten-free, or if you’re pursuing a low-carb diet.
Slather the head of cauliflower with a spicy yogurt marinade, (that you will make yourself; don’t worry—it’s easy). And then roasted it all with super high heat. Watch as the white cauliflower turns a crispy shade of gold.

With a side of Mexican rice included, throw on a spoon full of sour cream, and this dish is everything you’ll ever want in a Southwestern casserole.
Mujadara is an Arabic dish that’s popular in Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, and the State of Palestine, (Encyclopedia). Our Mujadara meal kit features green lentils, brown rice, super firm tofu, beefsteak tomatoes, onions, and zesty seasonings.
We partnered with acclaimed plant-based dietitian Julieanna Hever to bring you this intricate tasting, but simple to make, dish. A Caprese salad is included in this meal, which brings an Italian fusion style to the table.
