Whether you’re having a large gathering or a small get-together, there are so many enticing combinations. We compiled exclusive menu ideas for your holiday feast, including three-course options, and individual price breakdowns per person. You can rest easy knowing that this Thanksgiving dinner will be a breeze.
Thanksgiving Dinner for a Large Gathering (5 - 8 People)
Hosting a large dinner party can be a pain, especially if you have to do it all by yourself. Luckily, you’re not alone. We’re here! Take the guesswork out of Thanksgiving and glance over this impressive three-course list, suited for a large dinner.
While many Thanksgiving turkeys can take an entire day to defrost and cook, our Roasted Turkey takes only four hours. With herbs like rosemary and thyme, this turkey is seasoned to perfection.
The Baby Beet Salad is a crowd pleaser. The earthy, crunchy arugula lettuce teams with sweet, juicy steamed beets to bring you this refreshing appetizer. With added goat cheese, this salad is a splendid mix of savory and sweet. Supplement your meal with green beans to add a little kick. The green beans are seasoned with cayenne pepper and paprika, bringing a bang to the veggies.
You can’t forget about the Candied Yams and the Baked Mac & Cheese kits. These candied yams follow the dinner theme of savory and sweet. They’re accented with fresh herbs: garlic, parsley, rosemary, sage, and thyme—also, maple syrup. The baked mac & cheese is made with several different types of cheese: Parmesan, fontina, and mozzarella. With panko breadcrumbs sprinkled on top, this dish is crunchy on the outside and cheesy on the inside.
Finish your meal off with the Chocolate Pecan Pie, as chocolate makes everything better. And can you taste the special ingredient? It’s bourbon.
Thanksgiving Dinner for a Smaller Gathering (2 - 4 People)
Are you having a more intimate Thanksgiving this year? We have a pleasing three-course menu for you, too. Your tummies will be delighted before, during, and after this meal. You might not even have leftovers because you’ll be sure to want to go back for seconds, thirds, fourths, etc.
It’s possible that you don’t want to tackle a large turkey for a small gathering. The Cornish Game Hens can be a game-on for your Thanksgiving meal. They inspire a traditional turkey feel, but without the turkey tussle. The hens also come with a delicious gravy and seasonal vegetables.
And since vegetables never go out of style, load your plate with crisp Broccolini. This broccolini is next-level; it’s seasoned with garlic and topped with toasted almonds.
Pair your entrée with Sourdough Herb Stuffing and Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes. This stuffing is surprisingly easy to make and features a medley of different seasonings, which are sure to awaken sleeping palettes. The brown butter mashed potatoes are seasoned with butter, whipping cream, chives, and—wait for it—nutmeg.
Ready for dessert? This Granny Smith Apple Pie might make your own grandmother blush. Wolfgang Puck adds cheddar cheese to the crust. Cheddar cheese! You won’t want to cut off the crust of this pie.
Adventurous Thanksgiving Dinner (6 - 8 People)
You might have an adventurous spirit and want to diverge from a traditional Thanksgiving meal this year. Along with Wolfgang Puck, we assembled a full dinner menu for the venturesome.
The Salmon Veracruz entrée is creating a buzz this year. Super fresh, and surprisingly bold, this salmon dish is topped with a fiery tomato sauce. Pair this main course with a glass of pinot noir to offset the jalapeño zest.
The Wild Mushroom Soup is indeed wild. Buttery, savory, and oh-so-delicious, this soup is made with bacon lardon cubes to add an extra oomph to every bite. Scoop this soup along with the caramelized brussels sprouts and experience an array of flavors. These Brussels Sprouts are made with a caramelized brown sugar—it makes eating your vegetables way more fun.
The Wild Rice and Arborio Risotto dish is a bundle of different tasting notes. The wild rice is earthy, while the risotto is velvety and creamy. The Granny Smith apples add a remarkable tangy contrast.
Your meal isn’t complete without cranberries. The cranberry-apple relish side is a fresh take to traditional cranberry sauce. The lemon garnish in this side adds to the complex flavor of the cranberries.
And we can’t forget about dessert. Wolfgang Puck took the idea of a cheesecake and revamped it, perfectly. Made with pumpkin puree and topped with pecan crumbles, the Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake is like three desserts in one.
