With years of experience as a culinary nutrition expert under her belt, Katie Cavuto has worked with many widely known associations for years. The native Philadelphian chef took her passion and excitement about food to the sports arena. As the consulting dietitian for the Philadelphia Phillies and Flyers, she educates and provides valuable nutritional tips and meals to some of the most hard-working athletes in the nation.


She came to the American Diabetes Association with the same passion and excitement, which led to the creation of her cookbook, Whole Cooking and Nutrition. This book is filled with more than 150 vibrant, flavorful recipes that are targeted to help those living with diabetes.
